Office Administration

Full time

Income Range based upon experience:  $16-$18/hr

The candidate we are seeking should be able to handle multiple tasks, communicate efficiently via phone, email, and letter with insurance adjusters and residential customers with professionalism and detail, and have excellent follow up skills. 

Essential Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Collections experience
  • Administrative experience in the service industry
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Experience with AS 400 a plus
  • Highly motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently
  • Outstanding organizational, time management and follow up skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Able to handle multiple projects at once
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a professional manner with customers and insurance industry
  • Bilingual a plus but not required

Job Requirements:

  • Pass background and drug screen
